Founded by lived expertise

The People Agency was founded by Leanna Newman, a people development specialist, Master in People Management and Development, a certified strengths practitioner with over 20 years of global experience. Alongside her work in people and development, she is ADPL qualified, safeguarding trained, and a licensed FIFA agent.

This unique combination bridges elite sport, people and development, employability, and long term career planning.
